Aracari aims to contribute to each area where we take our Clients, both by choosing suppliers who are respectful of the environment and local communities and by promoting specific projects. Of the three specific projects we support, the first one, the Patakancha Community Project was initiated by Aracari. The other two, the Museo Leymebamba in Chachapoyas area and the Center for Traditional Textiles in Cuzco, are independently run. We support them by promoting visibility of their work amongst our clients and the press as well as helping them to raise money.
