• We will work with you as long as it takes to create the perfect itinerary for you.
• Once agreed we will send you a detailed proposal and budget. Once you give us the go-ahead, we will send you the relevant documentation which we ask you to return together with a non-refundable deposit.
• We will make all the bookings and confirm your chosen accommodation or wish list, or provide alternatives if unavailable.
• We will provide guide names and profiles, and send you the status of bookings.
• Should the status change in the lead-up to your trip we will write to update you.
• Eight weeks prior to your trip we will re-confirm the status of your trip's services and accommodation, send you a detailed itinerary and background information, and collect the balance due.
