Casa Ganoza
Trujillo, the north
Juan Esteban Ganoza, once an investment banker
based in New York, now lives in his home town Trujillo
--Peru's third largest city--looking after his family estate. The
family mansion, with its bright ochre facade, situated right on
Plaza de Armas, is one of the few surviving architectural examples
of its time, still lived-in by its original owners. The house retains
its original features, both exterior and interior, and has been
meticulously refurbished to its original splendour. A visit to this
house and its impressive Pre columbian pottery collection, will
make the visit of Trujillo a
truly unforgettable experience.
