Hacienda Huayo Ccari is situated in the heart
of the Urubamba Valley, 15 minutes drive from the village of
Urubamba. The house is lived -in by the younger generation of
a traditional and prestigious local family, the Lambarris. They
have a wonderful folk art collection on display at the house.
A visit provides a relaxing break from the hectic sightseeing
in the Valley. An aperitif in the garden enjoying the sensational
valley views and a taste of their superb Andean Nouvelle cuisine
is in our view a must. In addition, we recommend having an exhibition
of textiles in the garden by expert weaver Nilda Callanaupa
