This walk allows you to have a comprehensive picture
of the magnificent Inca archaeological site of Pisac and the amazing
landscape surrounding it. You start your day by driving 30 minutes
on an unpaved road beyond the site of Pisac. Here you will start
your walk.
You start your gentle descent and shortly thereafter
you will reach the Pisac’s Inca Cemetery where you can obtain
spectacular views of the Inca agricultural terraces. You will then
have the chance to explore the Kantorakay sector and continue your
descent towards Intihuatana. Five minutes before you reach the main
temple complex, there is a lookout point where you will be served
a picnic lunch. Continue your descent on an Inca road onto Pisac
village market, where you will arrive in approximately one hour.
Total walking 4-5 hours.
Here your vehicle will be waiting for you and you
will be driven to your hotel.
