In the morning our group will have the chance to witness yet another festival: Inti Raymi. Train ride is approximately 3 hours through wonderful cloud forest scenery. Upon arrival in Machu Picchu, you will have a guided visit of the ruins. Machu Picchu, also known as "The Lost City of the Incas" is one of the world's most celebrated archaeological sites and rightly so. Its location is spectacular.
