A family visit to Machu Picchu | Family holidays are one of our specialties. We design fun and interesting itineraries to suit the whole family. The key to our success is combining conventional visits that suit the adults members of the family, with adventure and cultural interaction activities that will provide an invaluable experience and insight for young travellers. Visiting archaeological sites in alternative ways such as on foot, bike or horseback; kayaking in the rainforest or spending time with indigenous communities for example. We of course have the support of our team of guides who have expert knowledge of culture, archaeology and botany but who are also gentle, patient, caring and lovely with children, and exciting and interesting for teenagers and young adults. We have organised trips for families with children as young as one, for who we provide porters and carrying gear. Gentle camping treks are favourites, as are day hikes, horse riding excursions, rafting and mountain biking. There are more adventurous activities such as paragliding that can be arranged for more adventurous travellers from 15 and over. View our Family Itinerary .
