Perfect night in Lima

Last night I had the challenge of providing a seamless night for a friend, who just so happens to be an Aracari client. Finding the right place to go in the culinary capital of Latin America can be quite overwhelming, let me tell you. I boiled it down to the holy trinity, an apéritif at Huaca Pucllana with an amazing view of the pre-inca burial site, located in the heart of Lima’s most upscale neighborhood, then we headed towards Miraflores for most amazing meal in Perú apart from my aunts homestyle cooking, at La Gloria,  the salads are anything but boring and the lamb is superb. Then for the grand finale walk  down a couple blocks and you’ll come across Rafael attracting much of the a-list scene, and those looking for an intimate evening and a flawless Pisco Sour.
