Casa Kichic is a first-class private villa in Mancora, located on one of the region’s most blissful beaches, Las Pocitas. The perfect property for families (minimum age is 13) and couples, Casa Kichic offers the ultimate laidback luxury in a truly magical setting.

Access to Casa Kichic is via the main Kichic hotel, adding an extra level of security to the property. By ascending a flight of timber steps, guests will arrive on the first floor and the villa’s open-plan living space. It’s here guests will find unobstructed sea views, framed by the large floor-to-ceiling windows which open out onto the bamboo-clad veranda.

One of Aracari’s favorite features of this luxury villa in Mancora is this outdoor area, featuring a small private pool and plenty of space to relax in the year-round sunshine. The carefully placed foliage ensures privacy and seclusion despite the property’s beachfront location, and guests can access the sandy shoreline by following a few small stairs down from the decking.

Casa Kichic is an open-plan luxury villa in Mancora, with all rooms leading from one main living space on the property’s first floor. There is a full kitchen and pantry, equipped with everything from champagne flutes to a coffee machine for those early-morning sunrises.

There are two spacious bedrooms (sleeps 4 adults), both of which offer breathtaking ocean views. In the master bedroom, guests will find a king-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. This bathroom is particularly special, with an open-air ceiling allowing guests to soak in the bathtub or shower whilst listening to the sound of the lapping ocean. From the master bedroom, guests can enjoy their own secluded veranda, where they’ll find comfortable outdoor furniture perfect for late-night stargazing.

The second double bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and also features its own private bathroom, as well as access to the central patio area. There is a smaller third bedroom, which can be a comfortable room for children over the age of 13, sharing one of the two bathrooms.

Throughout this luxury villa in Mancora, guests can relax and unwind in a tastefully decorated interior. Rustic furniture and plumped pillows fill the space, all in the sandy hues of the property’s exceptional surroundings.

Outside, there is a large veranda with its own private pool and comfortable sun loungers in which to relax.  Despite the beachfront location, guests can enjoy complete privacy thanks to the bamboo cladding and lush green foliage that surrounds the decking. Casa Kichic also has access to Las Pocitas beach via a few steps leading down to a private gate, opening directly onto the sand.

The Location

Peru’s 1300-mile coastline features an array of magnificent beaches, but nowhere will you find them more idyllic than in the country’s tropical northwest. Casa Kichic is located on Las Pocitas beach, next to Hotel Kichic, in the picturesque coastal region of Mancora.

Reachable via a short, 1-hour flight from Lima, Mancora offers year-round sunshine, sapphire-colored waters, and white-sand beaches. Whilst it’s the ideal spot for some rest and relaxation, Mancora also offers guests the chance to take part in some incredible experiences. These include seasonal whale and dolphin watching, deep-sea fishing, and world-renowned surfing spots.

The Services

One of the most fantastic benefits for guests of Casa Kichic is the option of using the hotel Kichic’s facilities located just next door. An open account will be created at both of the hotel’s award-winning restaurants, which includes both seafood dining and a dedicated vegetarian restaurant. However, should guests prefer to enjoy their meals within the privacy of the villa, the Hotel Kichic team can gladly arrange a private chef to prepare the fresh produce within the property’s own kitchen.

At the hotel’s beachfront bar guests can find the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail. Room service is also afforded to Casa Kichic guests throughout their stay, with the option to order a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks directly to the villa. As well as these catering services, guests can join daily yoga classes at an additional charge payable directly to the instructor.

Casa Kichic will be cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bedding delivered regularly. There is also a washing machine within the villa itself, helpful after a day spent exploring. A security guard is also stationed outside of the villa each night. And there is a good Wi-Fi connection throughout the property, as well as onsite parking, satellite TV, and air conditioning in each of the main rooms.
