Before the well-known Incas, there were a multitude of important civilisations stretched across the country, all leaving their mark with the structures they built and left behind. This 11-day itinerary takes you on an incredible journey of discovery from the iconic ruins of Machu Picchu to the fortress of Kuelap in northern Peru. In addition to the stand-out archaelogical sites of Machu Picchu and Kuelap, you will get to soak up Peru’s diverse, dramatic scenery. From exploring the picturesque Sacred Valley to hiking to Gocta Waterfall in the cloud forest, discover many sides to Peru’s history and landscapes.
