STEP 1
Video Call or Phone/Whatsapp Call
Travel Designers will contact you to set up a 30-minute video or voice call. During this consultation, our designer will ask about your trip preferences and expectations to create a customized travel plan that fulfils your expectations and surprises you!
STEP 2
Outline and Price
Within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the trip, you will receive a beautifully designed outline of your proposed journey. Presented as an illustrated PDF booklet, it reflects the ideas discussed and the suggested route, along with a guideline price.
STEP 3
Design Fee Payment
If you are happy with this initial proposal, we will request you to confirm your interest by paying our Design Fee, typically $500. This fee is non-refundable, but it will be credited toward the final cost. Upon payment, we move into the detailed design phase, refining the itinerary and shaping the experiences that will make the journey entirely your own.
STEP 4
Final Itinerary with confirmed Availability
After tailoring the trip to your requirements, we will present a fully detailed and illustrated itinerary that includes your chosen accommodation, experiences, guides, and every detail pertaining to the trip. We will carry out any changes you need and will tweak the itinerary until it fully meets your requirements.
STEP 5
Booking Confirmation and Deposit Payment
To secure bookings for the services detailed in your confirmed itinerary, we will collect a $1000 per person booking deposit and vendor charges, such as entrance tickets, hotel, and activity deposits. You will also need to fill out a booking form and agree to our Terms and Conditions regarding cancellations and amendments.
STEP 6
Final Payment and Documents
Your final invoice, including the balance of the trip, will be sent 60 days before the trip. 15 days before the trip, we will also collect any necessary information and provide the final itinerary. Our payment and cancellation terms are outlined in our terms and conditions. If you cancel, the following amounts will be forfeited:
