I’m Charlotte, a Travel Designer at Aracari, with a background in luxury hospitality and a strong interest in how journeys come together on the ground.
Before joining Aracari, I spent over a decade working in hotels and restaurants, most recently in a four-star design hotel in Switzerland, where I managed daily operations and led international teams. That experience shaped how I approach travel, focusing on detail, pace, and understanding what makes an experience feel seamless.
Alongside this, I have traveled extensively across Latin America, often overland and for extended periods. I’m now based in Peru, where I bring that first-hand regional knowledge and practical understanding of travel in the region into my work with our clients.
I’m particularly drawn to slower, land-based travel. Moving through a place gradually allows for a deeper understanding of its landscapes, cultures, and rhythms.
My travel advice? Slow down where you can. Overland journeys take more time, but they often give more in return.
