Mark was exceptional throughout the entire journey — responsive during planning and incredibly attentive even after the trip was booked. The Galápagos and Machu Picchu were unforgettable highlights, especially after hiking the Inca Trail. The hotels and experiences were excellent, with the Cusco barbecue lunch overlooking the city being a standout moment.
