An extraordinary time in Peru
An extraordinary time in Peru. We just returned from Peru organized by Mark Green at Aracari. The planning, organization, and coordination was super. We felt very safe, very relaxed and had so much fun. We traveled from Lima to Puerto Maldonado (Amazonas), Secret Valley, Machu Picchu, Cusco and relaxed finally at the beautiful beach of Mancora in the north. All recommended Hotels were super, all connection flights worked out without problem and the guidance was very good. All guides and drivers were made us feel comfortable. Amazing trip for hiking in Peru
Marisol is exactly the type of travel specialist our family loves to work with… Their guides and staff are thoughtful, generous, intelligent, and caring. They specialized the trip well to a family with teenage girls… Activities were off the beaten track, unique, and fun! Amazing trip for hiking in Peru with a local village woman and her four llamas in the Sacred Valley… We had a picnic at a Vista point overlooking the sacred valley where chefs prepared traditional Peruvian foods. Both were amazing!

A fabulous trip to Peru
I wanted to thank Mark for the fabulous trip to Peru. It was amazing from start to finish. We were all so impressed how every detail was attended to and the itinerary so well thought out.
Up until now, river rafting down the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon has been the pinnacle of the trips our two families have taken together and we have been many wonderful places together. We all agree that Peru rivaled or even surpassed that trip.
Thank you also for arranging all the help for my son when he flew to Peru by himself. It couldn’t have gone more smoothly!

Well cared trip to Peru
Well cared trip to Peru. Aracari planned a 16-day Peru trip for us with careful attention to our interests and capabilities. Our trip planner, Mark Green, also nimbly made needed changes when a one-day strike was about to shut down the Machu Picchu train, allowing us to see and do everything we wanted in a slightly different order. Our guides were not only knowledgeable but radiated love for their culture. The drivers carefully negotiated winding, narrow mountain roads and Lima traffic jams. Hotel choices and restaurant and activity recommendations were very good.
